Because of their "right" to that misconstrued 'freedom of expression'... Here's something to take into consideration: Free will is having the liberty to do things as a matter of moral prerogative. Exercising your right is more of a dispensation congruent with legal entitlement... You may have the free will to do things but it doesn't necessarily mean that you have the right to do so at the expense of sacrificing volition... There have been too many farcical jokes at the expense of lawyers. From a play on the word ‘lawyer’ itself hinting on what they seem to be ironically deemed as - “liars” (considering the supposed proving of the truth) to “abogago” among other “fun intended” (pun intended) coLAWquial terms to discredit the apparent seriousness of the ‘constitutional law-basing’ law practitioners as opposed to the more humane ‘law of nature-observers’ among a reasonable society. After “inhaling a breath of fresh air”, we exhale that sigh of relief... Election’s over! Much like how one holds her breath from a “stinky gust of air” reeking for quite a while, Baguio could now hopefully smell something that isn’t fishy... We are now to breathe an air of fresh hope and opportunity to start anew under a new brand of governance. More than having a new City Mayor, we have a leader! A new battle for this battle-tested highly-decorated leader... To lead Baguio under a disjoining process of sociological duplicity, members (citizens) should first learn to accept its new headship corresponding with solidarity. One man cannot do it alone. We need to unite. This past election saw how Baguio was in a state of discord. While we were given so many redundant options, it divided us into factions. Manifestation of that sense of entitlement with an assumed claim of exclusive right to Baguio under political inclinations and cultural/societal partiality seemed prevalent. Wit...

In a way, this is some "food for thought" kind of a thing. Food for hard thinking actually. In fact, I thought of posting it in our "Eats OA" food blog considering how this whole "bloggers vs mainstream media" issue being ~ "Eats OA", I mean "It's OA" , yet more like "OR (Over Reaction)".
